The candidate would be performing architectural, Civil and Structural design responsibilities.
The role would be joining our multi-disciplined Design Development team.
We expect you will have achieved or be nearing the completion of relevant qualifications. An attractive salary will be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience, in line with market rates.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lodging DA Applications onto the portal, managing the DA process, preparing Statement of Environments, Waste Management Plans, etc. Coordinate with subconsultants, including heritage, bushfire, stormwater, structural, civil, surveyors, and arborists.
Drafting Architectural, Structural and Civil Design drawings.
Ability to perform site measurements.
Ability to perform detailed documentation/drawings for waterproofing, flashing, detailing, detailed sections, windows, etc.
Able to perform site inspections to perform onsite measurements of existing buildings.
Able to visualise architectural plans and prepare preliminary outlines of structural elements to assist designers.
Co-ordinating approvals with certifiers.
Management of the planning approval process.
Requirements:
Proficient in 2D AutoCAD, versions 2009 to 2014, using paper and model space, and maintain our drafting standards and drawing office practices.
A high level of attention to detail, accurate and able to problem solve in the shortest possible time.
Practical experience in the NSW Home Building Industry, including knowledge of the BCA.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated team worker with high-level organisational skills in order to work independently and meet strict work deadlines
Experienced in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe.
Proficient in spoken and written English, able to interact and communicate effectively at all levels with staff and clients and participate in the continuing growth of our company.
Able to commence work as soon as possible.
