A fire incident resulted in extensive damage to a commercial shed, requiring reconstruction:
INITIAL STAGE
Development of make-safe documentation and coordination with the relevant local council to ensure the site is secured and immediate risks are addressed.
DEVELOPMENT STAGE
FINAL STAGE
Design and management of the full rectification process, including detailed Structural, Hydraulic, Civil and Building Design drawings, preparation of a comprehensive Scope of Works, and management of DA and CC submissions and approvals.
Ongoing construction inspections, project coordination and provision of the required certification throughout the rectification works, through to project completion.
