A fire significantly damaged two industrial tilt-up panel warehouses, requiring immediate safety measures and a coordinated rebuild strategy.

Structability’s Scope of Services included:

  • Development of detailed Structural, Hydraulic, Civil, and Architectural drawings for the restoration and upgrade of the facilities

A large gum tree branch fell and impacted a timber-framed deck, causing structural damage. The site required geotechnical investigations, bushfire compliance, and structural design.

Tree Impact

A landslide event caused significant damage to coastal staircases on a residential property, requiring urgent stabilisation and structural intervention.

  • Landslide stabilisation to address slope failure and ensure long-term structural integrity

An explosion occurred at this residential apartment building, and Structability was on site shortly after the incident began along with other emergency services to provide urgent make-safe services.

  • Emergency make-safe report

  • Building and Structural Design documentation, including co-ordination with council to conduct repairs as an emergency order.
