-Preparation of make-safe documentation and coordination with the local council to ensure site safety and compliance

-Development of detailed Structural, Hydraulic, Civil, and Architectural drawings for the restoration and upgrade of the facilities

-Comprehensive Scope of Works to support construction and insurance processes

-Management of DA,CC and OC approvals and applications

-Ongoing construction inspections and provision of certification throughout the rectification process
